Good question. Life Coaching is the process of a coach and client partnering in a creative thought-provoking session (through Q&A) which encourages the client to focus on her own strengths on what she believes is the right choice for her. Life coaches help their clients in clarifying goals, identifying the obstacles, and find strategies for overcoming the obstacles. Coaches are trained to actively listen, observe, ask thought-provoking questions and customize the approach to each individual clients needs.

An even better question. Life Coaching and Christian Life Coaching are similar. The difference between the two is that Christian Life Coaching takes a biblical focus toward the struggles and strategies in overcoming the obstacles. 1 Thessalonians 5:11, ‘We are called to encourage one another and build each other up.’

But, please keep in mind…change does not occur because of a good coach. Change occurs because of the Holy Spirit working in our lives…

• The Christian faith is my compass for life. My hope is that you will enjoy an abundant life as mentioned in verse John 10:10 of the Bible. Although my coaching can come from a Biblical perspective, it is completely at the discretion of the individual client. I do not hold you to my faith nor do I make you feel obligated to such a standard.

• Coaching sessions will last approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on your choice of service. The more direct and to the point we are in our conversation the more productive our sessions will be.

The goal of my coaching is to create a trusting and dynamic partnership to help you move toward a more satisfying and full life. I will use innovative and practical strategies to help you clarify what you want, explore options, enhance personal accountability and take action so that you can experience a more joyful life.
