Fear Is Not The Boss of You

Being empowered as a woman means recognizing and embracing your God-given strength, abilities, and unique qualities.
It means having the confidence to pursue your goals and dreams, and to stand up for yourself and others. Being brave in who you are requires self-awareness and the willingness to be true to yourself, even in the face of societal pressure or expectations.
It means celebrating your individuality and taking pride in your accomplishments, while also advocating for equality and justice for all women.
The book Fear Is Not the Boss of You: How to Get Out of Your Head and Live the Life You Were Made For by Author Jennifer Allwood, came at the most perfect season in my life. Her message tells us of how God wants and requires us, as women, to move forward without fear. We are called to rise up and be the women we are called to be. We were not meant to stay stuck.
One of the most famous Bible verses about being beautifully and wonderfully made is found in Psalm 139:14, which says:
“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.”
This verse reminds us that we are each a unique and intentional creation of God, designed with purpose and care. It encourages us to celebrate our individuality and to give thanks to God for the amazing work of creation that he has done in our lives.
Let’s encourage and empower each other as the women we are.
Share a quality you are most proud of and encourage another amazing woman.
